Reservation and Booking:

• All reservations and bookings are subject to availability.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation or booking.
• Reservation and booking confirmation are subject to payment confirmation.

Rental Period:

• The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in the reservation or booking confirmation.
• Late returns may incur additional charges.

Driver's Age and License:

• For self-drive car rentals, the driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• Aaditri Car Rental reserves the right to refuse rental if the driver does not meet the age or licensing requirements.

Payment:

• Payment must be made in advance, as per the agreed terms and conditions.
• Additional charges may apply for fuel, tolls, fines, damages, or other incurred expenses.
• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Vehicle Use:

• The rented vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations.
• Smoking, carrying pets, and transporting hazardous materials in the rented vehicle are strictly prohibited.

Vehicle Condition:

• You are responsible for returning the rented vehicle in the same condition as when it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
